So week numero duo of the vegan diet actually went really well! Obviously I was craving some desert, but even when I’m not vegan I crave desert.
I made and tried a lot of new things including the following:
she cheated a few times, did pretty good overall.
Zoe:
doing great being sugar-free! craves desert, but who doesn’t?
Conclusion...
so, next week I will be traveling up north to visit my grandma, so I plan to be vegan there, but I will probably use the last two of my cheat days up there. I also will be in a musical this weekend and I don’t know if the cast/directors will be going out for lunch or ice cream afterwards. I will keep y’all updated!

- sweet potato gnocchi~https://biancazapatka.com/en/vegan-sweet-potato-gnocchi/ (i rate them 5/10)
- vegan cheese (my notes about vegan cheese~ does not taste like real cheese, reminds me of Cracker Barrel biscuits or Logan’s rolls)
